Nima Aghili is a Principal at Satori Legal Search and brings over 15 years of legal recruiting experience. Nima is adept at conducting thorough searches on behalf of his lawyer candidates to find the right fit and provides a well-researched and detail-oriented approach to every search. Nima has lived and worked in California, Arizona, and Texas. Outside of work, Nima is interested in film, trivia, and Celtics basketball. He holds a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Texas. Before becoming a recruiter Nima worked as a Labor & Employment associate at a national AmLaw firm. 

Megan Penrod is a Principal at Satori Legal Search and brings nearly a decade of legal recruiting experience. Megan enjoys developing authentic relationships with lawyers in various stages of their careers, and using her nuanced understanding of the legal market to navigate career moves. She has lived and worked in Austin, Houston, Washington D.C., and Kansas City. When she isn't helping lawyers take the next step in their careers, Megan enjoys writing, yoga, cooking, and taking long walks with her retrievers. She holds a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law where she completed a Health Law Certificate, and a B.A. in Strategic Communications from the University of Kansas.
